This information is for all students who will be involved in the\u00a0Performing Arts Winter Showcase (PAWS)<\/strong>\u00a0during the week of December 4 – 9, 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Tickets<\/strong> for this performance are available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.leonperformingarts.org\/home\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Parents who are interested in volunteering<\/strong> to help for these performances can sign up here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/20F0D4DADA62BA6F58-46109118-2023<\/a><\/a>\u00a0All parent volunteers will be coordinated by Tabitha Peck.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n STUDENTS: The three days you’ll need to be available to participate in PAWS are: <\/strong> IMPORTANT NOTES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1) We will need to\u00a0pack and move\u00a0instruments<\/strong> and equipment on\u00a0Thursday, 12\/7 during 4th period (10:24 – 11:16a) and 7th period (1:55 – 2:45p)<\/strong>. All students who participate in PAWS will be required to attend these packing\/moving times. If you cannot attend the packing\/moving times, we cannot guarantee that you will have an instrument to play for the show.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2) We will participate in the\u00a0dress rehearsal for PAWS on Thursday, 12\/7 from 2:45 – 6:00 pm<\/strong>. You must attend the dress rehearsal if you wish to perform at the show(s).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3) The\u00a0performances are Friday 12\/8 and Saturday 12\/9\u00a0at 7pm – 9pm<\/strong>. Thursday, 12\/7, Friday, 12\/8, and Saturday, 12\/9.<\/strong>\u00a0If you are not available for any of the three days, you may not be included in the PAWS activities.
